Happy Lemon 120th

This place gave me food poisoning I used to go there about two months ago and I loved it there quality has gone down since then and I ordered again and got food poisoning I’m so disappointed as someone who used to love this place it’s so sad to see what has happened to it the quality and consistency has gone down.

This is my favorite boba place!
I love the jasmine green milk tea and the mango jasmine green fruit tea with boba.

Their bubble waffles are always bomb especially with their puff cream, its THE best and a must try!

The staff is always friendly no matter who's working. My teas are always made as I want them, no complaints ❣️

Our party of three experienced a wait time of approximately ten minutes, which seemed excessive given our order volume. Service was excellent, including helpful recommendations on optimal sugar levels to enhance our enjoyment. Board games are available for customer use during waiting periods.

I really want to like Happy Lemon but I've yet to find a boba drink I actually like here. I usually settle for their honey jasmine tea without boba. However, I gave them 2 stars because the staff are always friendly and the waffle with salted cheese is delicious!

I came in on a Saturday, ordered a large salted cheese jasmine and paid cash. I waited 20 mins to be told they had no salted cheese and offered nothing more than a replacement drink or gift card. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t do that. Sales girl proceeded to take what seemed like eternity to produce a gift card that I didn’t want. I walked out $8 out of pocket, no drink, no gc and was told I was rude for demanding a refund. I was rude for demanding a refund for a drink I didn’t receive after waiting 20 minutes????? Why would I want a gift card to return for the same service?

Good for the most part, the quality of drinks depends a lot on who’s making it though. If I’m paying 10 dollars for a drink it shouldn’t be a toss up of if it’s good or not.

Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a visit to this Happy Lemon! Order anything...it is ALL YUMMY!!! Teas, smoothies, waffles!! And the service is top notch! Shout out to Kai, Eva and Vinh!!! They are great at what they do!

We always make a point to stop at this Happy Lemon when we are in town visiting family! They have my favorite purple taro milk tea with boba and awesome bubble waffles! This visit we also tried the limit offer, Grinch Smoothie! It was quite tasty as well!!! The staff is always friendly, especially Kai and Eva, and the store is always clean. I highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area!

I love this place for drinks but they freaking suck when it comes to customer service. Their systems across the web are always down. They will confirm your order if you place it through the app and then when you go in say they never got it and I have paid double 3 times now on different occasions. You can show them all the proof that you’ve paid, I even provided a bank statement showing I paid through their app and they still would not give me my drink without paying again.

It’s a $5 drink guys, I can’t believe I’m writing a terrible review over this. If you want good customer service go to another location because this one is terrible.

I come here often and I usually have no problems. However, on 1/2/25, I found a toenail clipping in my drink. I forgot to take a picture of it, but this picture represents the disgust that I felt when I received the drink. Please do better, it ruined my New Year. I don’t want to post my face, so I’ll also put a picture of how I kinda looked like when I saw that toenail… Never coming back again!!
