Delectable egg was breakfast stop on our way to Denver and it was an overall great meal. Our server was super attentive and friendly. The restaurant was busy but clean. We were however still seated right away. Everything was cooked perfectly, just a bit under seasoned for us. The cinnamon rolls are not made in house per our server when I asked about them but she highly recommended them so we ordered that too and it was massive but delicious.
This was my first time in, and not only was the food delicious, service was great! I made a substitution for banana oat pancakes instead of a short stack, and it was so easy to request. I recommend the mimosa carafe. It is a sizable amount for only $20. Great for sharing. Awesome staff, lovely dining room. Will be coming back!

Food is pretty good and the service is typically pretty good or better. Be prepared to wait for a table on some weekdays and definitely weekend days if you're there after 8:00 pretty normal for most breakfast places though.
