Im not a seafood person, but eating here has completely changed my mind, our server Sam was absolutely amazing, very positive and helpful. I definitely recommend eating here if you are looking for something fun and delicious!

As we sat and ate it seemed a random customer had open bar privileges, walking behind the bar and just pouring herself drinks. Her group was excessively loud and obnoxious for a Tuesday. Then realized it was an employee by the name of Kyra. Figured out her name as she yelled it over and over.

Nick was very good friendly and his service was good very attentive to our table the food was great, Went there for ny daughters birthday she had a good time. My family and I were very pleased with the attentiveness to our table didn’t have to ask for refills our food came out pretty quick the first time I had a seafood broil and was really happy with the food and the service here at hook and reel would definitely recommend this restaurant to family and friends

It just seemed over sauce on the food that we ordered that came out of the bags. I don't like it that you cannot switch from west. They have preset on like the the Mills. Cause not everybody likes crawlfish, but needless to say, you can pick your own, which makes it more pricey instead of having this stuff already pretty sad on how it should usually be said on a seafood basket or a seafood bag. I believe it was over sauce like I said, and the obey did not taste like obey it taste like black-and-tan. And are waiter, Nick, we sat there for at least about I'd say 15. Maybe 20 minutes came over tokara order. I've never ride any silverware and napkins. My son got a salad. We got our soups with spoons. But my son got his salad and we had to physically. Ask him for silverware napkins. So overall experience. I'd probably say you'd be better off going to Joe's crab shack.
