They forgot a $9.00 hamburger out of our order then would not replace it because they didn't give us a receipt. Bad coustamer service. Update: the general manager took cair of us after reading this. Not so bad of a place after all. We'll go back.

The worker who took my order was very nice but the entire order was wrong unfortunately. I’m from out of state and I don’t have jack in the box near me so I was pretty excited for some tacos. I took a peak in the bag before I drove off but I didn’t know I should have taken everything out of the bag and opened every single box before I drove off, and I shouldn’t have too. The worst part is I spend money on cold dry food I didn’t want.
