We have ordered online from this location at least 4x and every time we come at the pickup time, or even after the pick up time, they havent even started our order. It takes them an additional 10-20 minutes of us standing there waiting until we actually get our food. Every time its only been either 2 salads or a salad and a wrap..

Idkkkk. I've had one good experience here in the past but was there yesterday and ended up getting mild food poisoning that kept me up since 1AM. Thankfully just me and not my kids so makes me think maybe the shrimp? (I was the only one to get shrimp.) Could've been anything though tbh. Probably wont be back again after that.

Months ago wasa wonderful place. I mean amazing. Then in the past 2 months really went down hill. The raps got smaller and on one order then rice was so hard we couldn't even eat it. Really disappointing. Mad greens was one of our favorite places. Now we are afraid to order. We are so sad.

My order was not ready even 25 minutes after the scheduled pickup time of 11:15. I spoke with a female employee who looked at my order but then helped other customers instead. Orders scheduled for 11:28 were being handed out while mine, which was first in line, was ignored.

I asked a male employee for help, but he refused. I then requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. I had to wait for the manager, who told me it would take three days and that she could not provide a refund receipt.

Meanwhile, the male employee who wouldn't help me, ran behind a counter and stood and stared at me in a confrontational manner, as if ready to fight. No employees were wearing name tags. Overall, I received no help from the staff.

*Update* - I was compensated for the experience, and I am updating my review because the GM took the time to find another way to compensate the order amount since for some reason it wasn’t being credited back to the original card. I received it back in store credit, and I will be coming back because the food was good, I just happened to get a completely wrong order.

I placed an online order for 2 large salads and 2 drinks. When I picked up the order and got home, we actually got a small salad and a large (with half of it empty - see screenshot) and the wrong drink.

I reached out to the store after I noticed this and the gentleman who picked up the phone was super helpful and accommodating, mentioning that I could come back and they would remake the order and throw in a few treats for the trouble. However, this would be another 40 minute trip to get back there, so I declined and he said he would reach out to his manager for a refund on the order and I would hear back the next day.

I waited a full day and never heard from anyone. I submitted a review through my email to rate my order. I received a voucher for a free salad. I ended up reaching out to the general manager and was told I would get a refund and I checked today and still no refund on my card. Almost two weeks since the email response and no refund.
