My boyfriend and I came here because we had a Groupon for a flight, cocktail, and distillery tour. It was awesome! The tour guide, Andy (I think that was his name) was very personable and down to earth. He had some good jokes/puns. The bartender was sweet and we met the owner briefly. We each chose different liquors for our flights and enjoyed each one plus our cocktails were great. My personal favorite for the flight was the V.I. Rum. We had a great time with Andy! He took us on a tour and told us about the head, heart and tail (which are different phases of distillation). Fascinating stuff - and the machinery is pretty neat. Fun date night. Lots of jokes and shenanigans. #denverdistillery #denverbars #coloradofun
