Mt Fuji Hibachi offers an exciting dining experience with huge portions of delicious food, including their renowned fried rice. The chefs are entertaining and put on a fun show with knife tricks and playful cooking techniques that keep everyone engaged. The food is fantastic, with shrimp, lobster, steak, and chicken cooked to perfection—tender and flavorful. The fried rice is considered the best ever, full of rich goodness. The staff is very accommodating, handling large parties and making sure everyone has a great time. The restaurant can be loud, which adds to the fun. The food was really good and the chef was amazing, but the setting was not everyone's type. The heat was so strong and all the smoke was coming to their direction. Some customers had to wait for the chef, and the table wasn't cleaned from previous customers. The hallway to the bathroom was terribly filthy.
