My family and I have been going to this location for several years now. Last night we went to this location for my husband‘s birthday dinner and honestly did not enjoy our experience like we usually do. Our server was amazing and very attentive! It was alright, the food was really good and the chef was amazing. I dont think the setting is my type of thing. The heat was so strong and all the smoke was coming to my direction. I left the place drenched in sweat and I dont sweat that easily.
Had reservations for near a window. Wouldn't seat us until everyone was there. Instead of the reserved window, we were back with the dirty fire equipment. Table wasn't cleaned from previous customers. The hallway to the bathroom was terribly filthy. They are understaffed; had to wait for the chef.
Hate giving this place such a low rating, but it was low key Chuckie Cheese for adults. Cleanliness is a 1, tops. Attitude of employees not much higher.
