I was there from 8:15pm until a little after 1am, last friday (6/27/26). Chill crowd to start. I sang twice and around 10pm the crowd got busier and more ppl were dancing as well. Great singing and I will try the food next time. Service was top notch (bar and floor). I sang again around 11:30pm.. very fun place. I will def be back (but not 4th of July weekend.. the next for sure!).

This place is so much fun and has such delicious food too. The servers remember you and make an effort to remember what food and drinks you like (right down to sauce AND dips for wings). My husband and I are here every week. Hard to stay away. Dan, the ownwer, is hard working, friendly, and makes his place a welcoming spot that anyone will want to return to regularly for a great time every time!!

I’m giving this place 2 stars because the food and the service was great, however this place should really have 1 star because of the way security treated my family.
There is NOWHERE on the website that says at 9pm anyone under 21 has to exit. My 19 yo sister and I are visiting our mom and we love to do karaoke together, so she couldn’t wait to bring us to this place. She reserved a table at 8;30 and we were completely normal guests. We weren’t carded at the door, and either way my sister had nothing to drink except water.
This security man came over to our table at 8:55 and asked if we had been IDed. We said no and proceeded to get out IDs, when my sister let him know she was underage but obviously wasn’t drinking. He basically blew us off and said “well you gotta go in 5 minutes” and stared us down the whole time we were there. He was rude and made us feel bad for something we weren’t made aware of.
The waiter was so sweet and felt very bad for us, but we still had to pay a $50 tab for a 30 minute reservation. It wasn’t his fault whatsoever and we would gladly tip him again, but we shouldn’t have had to pay for the food and drinks (for me and my mom) that we were forced to leave at the table and/or scarf down.
Shame on PCL. We are in town until Wednesday so we hope this is remedied, but until then I will not recommend this place to anyone and my mom will not be returning, which is a shame because everything else was great. We just wanted to have fun and sing some songs, yet instead we were treated like garbage by security who stared us down the whole time we were there yet coincidentally wouldn’t even look at us on our way out. Hmm.

Honestly, this was one of the worst karaoke experiences I've had. The microphone volume was so low that I could barely hear myself singing, and it seemed like the audience couldn't hear me either. The music played between singers was strange and really killed the vibe. What made it even more frustrating was that there were only six people there, yet it still took nearly an hour before I got my turn to sing. The sound quality, song rotation, and overall experience were extremely disappointing.

Mile High Karaoke
Poor quality sound, very confusing application that requires you to connect to the local WI FI and a karaoke host that has absolutely no idea how to host a karaoke party. Had to wait over one hour to sing a song when there are only 6 singers in the rotation because the host is busy wasting time with superficial filler music.

Incompetent security guard. There’s a drunk guy outside laying on the ground and he worries more about where my ID is from.
Great place to grab lunch! I love the lounge atmosphere! The food was delicious and the service was awesome! I will be coming back for more!

Came in initially with my mom and friends. My mom got turned away because her ID was expired which is fine. I think the thing that really upset me is the bartender basically berating my mom. “ You haven’t had an ID since 2006??!!! “ “ It doesn’t matter who you are, you need a valid ID to get in. “ Like cool, we get it. Don’t need to be lectured as a grown adult. Her documents got stolen and it’s been hard to get her documentation back as an immigrant.
Then when we came back, the same bartender didn’t ID everyone. One of my friends even said, you didn’t ID me? And that’s when she finally did. Didn’t know we could pick and choose who we ID. Didn’t buy anything because i didn’t want her service.

My server Faith was amazing, very sweet and caring. I had a grilled chicken salad, it was delicious 😋 I came for the karaoke, not too many people on a Wednesday night at 6:45.
