My son went and picked five of the\ Chicken sandwiches. All five sandwiches buns were so old they were hard. Will never go back, my first review I have ever wrote that's how bad they were. Very nervy of them to serve this to a customer knowing this.

I walk in, one guy was ahead of me, but he walks out shaking his head. I should've followed suit, but I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. I waited a few minutes, trying to remind them in increasingly less subtle ways that I'm there; hardly anybody looked at the direction of the cash registers for more than a glance... When I got frustrated and muttered "does it take going to the drive-through to get some service here?", one of the ladies finally looked at me for more than 0.5 seconds as I was walking out. I hop into my car, and that's when it becomes apparent that they have a one-track mind and things are strictly sequential; it takes them 3 minutes per car to get their order, and in between where you place an order and the pickup window typically should have cars waiting... Not here. I round the corner and there's nothing. I get to the window, and I see walk-in customers with the same annoyed look on my face as I did about 10 minutes prior. I was just going to leave 3-stars, but my chicken sandwich was slightly on the cold side, there was no napkins, and no fork for my chocolate pie. Seriously, this branch needs to get its act together!

Stopped by store 4903 today with the intention of waiting in line due to the hype of the chicken sandwiches but surprisingly we missed the rush. The manager Marshall was an absolute rockstar! There was an irate customer in drive through and he handled it flawlessly and the customer left happy. I personally asked the manager for his name so I could write this because I was impressed with his work ethic. Well done.

This place always has great food. I have never really had to complain about the quality of the food. I know that they put their full heart and effort into those chicken tenders. The only disappointing part was the fact that they never had the chicken sandwiches. So because of this Popeye's, I was never able to get my hands on one of the. Plus, the service kind of took a while sometimes but the food was still quality. Just make sure to have the chicken sandwich net time guys.

Easily the worst online ordering experience I've ever had. After completing the order on my phone and arriving at the restaurant, I waited around for thirty minutes before I finally went up to the counter to see where my food was. As it turns out, they don't start making the food until you ask them to at the counter. Neither the ordering website nor the email they send mentions this. I'll never make this mistake of going to a Popeyes again.

My dine In Order took 25 minutes after I had to announce it to a fellow employee, after receiving my simple single meal nearly 30 minutes later server didn't say thank you or sorry for long wait nothing didn't even make eye contact... Pathetic never going here again for chicken tenders lol

We ordered a family meal of chicken biscuits and sides. The chicken was completely dried out. There was barely any meat on any of the pieces we received and all the pieces were so small. The biscuits were the consistency of hockey pucks. The mashed potatoes were more like potato soup. I would give this place a -5 rating but unfortunately they don't have that category. I will not be ordering from this chicken restaurant again. The value for the food that we received was pathetic.

I think your "GM" is an albino. anyway he was stoned out of his mind. watched him look at a receipt for 10 full minutes. my food was already prepared but it took 20 minutes to put it in a bag for me. the food is good, but this gas station location is terrible for service. serious training needed.

How about you cook for a line that never stops from the moment you clock in and clock out. Quit complaining. Thank you so much to the Popeye's staff on 121st, those ladies killed it, my sandwich was fantastic, sorry to show up when I knew I should've waited a few days for this promo to slow down but I missed it last time and was so curious, such a simple sandwich with such great flavor. Again thank you and great job.
I love popeyes so this is not a review to the food. However, I ordered 1 meal that should have only cost roughly $9.00 but when I checked my bank account they charged me $20.00. I should have asked for a receipt, that was my bad, but I assumed what the cashier told me my total was is what they were actually going to charge. I have tried calling the number listed on google but it just keeps ringing, then it beeps and hangs up. No voicemail box. $10.00 may not seem like a big deal to some but it is more the principal of the matter. I am hoping this review will alert someone to reach out to rectify the situation.

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Menu boards don't work, soda machine out of ice, warm soda, ordered a combo and didn't get a cup, dining in but it was given to me in a to-go bag with no fork, no hot sauce, asked for all white meat but got all dark meat instead (I don't think I need to say the food was horrible). It is pretty clear whoever runs or owns this place doesn't care. Not even worthy of 1 star. Chose a different location or go to KFC off 136th.

Update.. they are closed now "for renovations" so perhaps it'll get better. Let's cross our fingers.
