My family and I always order from this location because it is right down the street. Typically our order is not done by the time it is supposed to be, but we can look past that. On one occasion I asked for a bowl and was given a burrito. Not a huge deal, should have checked before I left. Today we placed an online order at 3:45. We were to pick it up at 4. We really like coming here. Service is always fast and friendly. I went in yesterday for the Valentine’s Day special. BOGO. After almost eating our meal there I noticed we were charged the free meal. I took it to the cashier and the manager was there. He apologized and fixed the extra charge. He also offered if it didn’t clear correctly for me to come back and he would make it right. I just wish they deliver! And through other apps.
