4, I was greeted with a smile and hello and ask for my order,
AI system constantly upselling making it hard to put in my order. Eventually a disgruntled employee took over; I had to redo the entire order (though it took 10x less time). If you want to use tech for this, set up a qr code or something.

This is a great example as to why Wendy's is closing restaurants. Bored people wanting to be anywhere else but where they are. On the plus side, I barely turned my back before my order was done so...
