My Wife and I come here often and are always greeted by the staff who are friendly and willing to help. The food is always fresh (even if you have to wait a few) and they always give great portions. Trey (not sure on spelling) was super kind and patient as we tried to find our coupons last night! Great quick date night, always go in, you wont regret it!

Placed an order in app. Choose another location, this place is dirty and the food is cold and old. Went to pickup my order, trusted that all items purchased would be in the bag. My bad for trusting. Should have known better when I had to ask for the drinks. Got home to find out one item was missing. Called the restaurant, whomever answered the phone was mumbling. I asked to speak with manager, supposed manager comes on the phone with a rude attitude, I explain the situation, he then hangs up. I called back, no sorry, no accidentally got disconnected. He said I will refund and then hung up again. Not a sorry or any accountability. Customer service is lacking here. Needless to say this is my 3rd bad experience here. My bad. Will not be returning to this location. There was one other Customer in the store, so what's the excuse on the quality of your restaurant?? Why do you hate your job so much?? Maybe make sure your food is more fresh and the place is clean oh and smile once in a while. I don't get it. If you hate your job that much, move on go work somewhere else.

ALWAYS make sure they put everything in your bag. Constantly missing items from order. Protein portions are also pretty stingey.
