The staff welcoming and helpful with star reward program. Hadn't used it for quite but between the staff and our crazy crowd we got it figured it out. I had the cinnamon bread to go with my drink. I liked that the dine in customers have the option to have their purchases served on real plates and glasses. I was somewhat disappointed that the bread was prepackaged. It was still served nicely but not as fresh as I thought it would be. Overall it was a nice break for me and my grandson to talk and not feel rushed.

Stopped by for a pumpkin spice after a long day, and the crew was super polite. My barista even threw in a funny little pun that honestly made my day. It’s the small things like that positivity and good energy that make the stop worth it—much appreciated!

Came here for the first time since I was in the neighborhood. Starr was so wonderful! Her positive and upbeat energy exuded through the speaker and then once I met her at the window it was even more prevalent. What a wonderful experience at this location! I will definitely be back because of the customer service I received here. Thank you Starr for bringing a smile to my day!
Great place to meet up connect with people. Can get really busy early in the morning. I always like a good cup of decaf in the café mugs.

Have to say that I have been coming to this location every morning now for 3 weeks and no matter what size latte I order they all come with at least 2” below the top of the cup. For what I am paying for a latte that is unacceptable.

I go to a lot of Starbucks in Broomfield and Westminster. However, started going to the new one that opened as it was near my child’s daycare. I was super happy to see the manager is the one from the old Starbucks on 120th! She is AMAZING!!! Wonderful to the customers and I’ve seen her interact with her staff. She is what you want in a manager, positive, friendly, helpful and you really hear her take time to explain things to her employees! Every single morning I come to the drive through, different people but all with the same positive and happy attitude! That’s definitely driven by that manager (can’t remember her name)! My fav Starbucks ever!!! Oh and they always get my drinks right which rarely happens at other locations!
