If I could give 10 stars each, even, I would. Our cashier and server Jamie was AMAZING. It got pretty busy when we walked in, but not once did I feel forgotten about. The wait was a lot shorter than I thought it would be!! I love this restaurant so much, but this location definitely tops the other in staff quality and customer service. (Decorations were absolutely stunning!) Another friendly cashier (I didnt get her name) was very on top of things and we appreciate everything all of you do!

Our experience was amazing at this Tokyo Joe’s. Jamie was awesome. He was kind and made sure we had everything we needed. He was very apologetic for the wait time but it was 100% worth the wait. The food was very yummy and the atmosphere was very nice. Thank you!!

The guy who rings people’s orders up with glasses blonde hair shouldn’t be dealing with people he has the most nastiest attitude EVER never had an experience like that at Tokyo Joe’s !

I coming to eat a combo poke boll, and Adriana make all my demands correctly, they are so friendly and was care for all my food allergies, in the time I was there the Tokio Joes Fam they care for every guest with a big smile… the kitchen it's so fast and friendly… excellent services…

I had a bad bad experience I came in and wasn’t feeling very good of my stomach that’s why I ordered a poke bowl with grill shrimp , because it was cook sea food and when my meal came after a fair amount of time waiting they serve me raw tuna on it , obviously my order was wrong , they gave me a side of shrimp , 🦐 I explained them I didn’t wanted to do any raw on my food and when they come back they still got the order wrong putting the spicy sauce ( which I asked in the beginning ) to have it on the side , now I don’t dare to ask to have it change back …. Very disappointed experience

Food is great when they get it right. The past 3 times I have been there they haven't gotten my order right. I'm continuously going back or telling them that its wrong.

The manager here now is always so polite and makes sure you are well taken care of. Big change from when I used to come here 5 years ago!
