“This restaurant is amazing and it's not just because the food is awesome but this location and the people at this location go above and beyond any customer service I've ever had they're very patient when you're deciding on what you would like to eat they answer all my questions when I want to try something new they are very friendly today I had the chance to be helped by serenity, lexi, and Angel it was really awesome I wanted to try something new and they helped me out I ended up trying to stake and it was so good I think that's my new favorite I also love the fact that this place is very clean and I always feel comfortable even if I'm eating by myself because of the atmosphere that is here it's very friendly it's very inviting it always makes me feel at peace and calm and I guess this is a bonus but the bathrooms are always sparkling clean and I always think that's great when restaurants have a nice bathroom thank you mad greens for having such a great team of employees here“

“Brielle was incredibly kind and pleasant as she took my order, and the rest of the team (Mariah and Dominic) were helpful and genuine while I was there. I enjoyed my conversation with Brielle, as she made me feel like we had been friends for awhile.

In all honesty this is the first time in 2 years I have felt truly welcome and not like a burden. Ben is one of the most insufferable people and thanks to him I tend to avoid this store at all cost, so I was very thankful that tonight's team did NOT include Ben. Sorry but if you hate your job that much maybe you need a new job instead of making your customers feel like they are making your day so bad.“

“Today (07-18-2025), at 11:45 I showed up at this location to pick up my online pickup order. I had a printout of my order with me. Kelly told me they couldn't find my order. I showed her the address and time on my sheet, and without missing a beat, she rallied the whole team and started making my stuff. 12 items for 8 people. As things went along, we figured out I had never actually completed the order on my computer earlier that morning. I apologized for causing such a commotion, and thanked her for making it work. She was totally unjudgmental, and totally helpful. Everyone working at that time was, and it was all hands on deck to accommodate my mistaken self, plus everyone else that was coming in. The staff were seamless, and wonderful. Customer service like that is SO rare these days. Thank you, Kelly and team, for getting me back to my Friday Food Fun at the office practically on time, when I feel like many places would've either told me I was out of luck, or had a (maybe rightfully so) bad attitude. You guys rock.“

“If you are in the area, this place is a must!! Simply the tastiest sandwiches and wraps, coffee, and TATER TOTS! I am so fortunate to work right up the street, so I frequent on a regular basis. I'm glad I don't work in the building there or I'd eat it full time. My favorite is the Rueben. So delicious.

“I ordered online 2 days in advance and the system failed to communicate with the restaurant. I got an email 15 min before I was supposed to pick up a lunch for 6 people for a very important meeting at work that the system didn't communicate with the store. I went down to the store panicked but the manager and team took care of me even though it was during their lunch rush. I was able to get lunch set up for the meeting at work just in time.“

“The food at Moon River is quite good. The folks working at Moon River are very nice, and the delivery is fast. I often order the sesame chicken, which is delicious, and ample in size. I often have enough leftovers for a fine microwaved lunch the following day.“
