I did not wait long to be seated, when I was seated it did take a while to have someone come over (I did notice there was not enough servers). Kids chocolate milk was spoiled, replacement kids drink didn't come untill after food was served. This was my first time at this location,Stopped in around 3pm and sat in the bar area(this location reminds me of Chilis in the 90's) and ordered the BBq brisket burger and fries,also got some queso smothered curlys and a steak sandwich off of the happy hour menu and everything was excellent! Keep it up!

This place is always good. Whatever y'all are complaining on are internal problems you take out on these wonderful people. Hannah is our server and she's very sweet and helpful, I love chillis.
