Awesome place and food highly recommend
I have been driving by this place every day, wanting to stop by because I love Colombian food (especially bakery items). I finally stopped by with my partner for lunch and when up we received a very warm greeting. The empanadas were good and the buñuelo was divine (piping hot and SO doughy 🤤). I fear they have made a monster out of me because I will be returning very often!

El Arka Plaza is a Colombian restaurant that offers a warm greeting and a cute atmosphere with great seating and shade. The food is delicious and packed with flavor and well balanced. The empanadas are good and amazing, and the buñuelo is divine, piping hot and SO doughy. The chicken and beef pastelitas are great. The Chorizo and empanadas are to die for. The fresh juice is perfect and refreshing. There is also a burger that is definitely top 3 burgers. The restaurant is owned by a Colombian family from Bogota who are so sweet. It is not like a typical fast good Colombian burger, it is a bit more elevated, but the flavors and overall vibes of Colombia are there. The atmosphere is amazing, with a special play area for kids, dogs are allowed, and it looks like they might be building a stage for music. The service is very friendly. This is the best Colombian food in town and the spot to hang out hands down. Denver needs more foreign food like this.
