Mi primera vez probando la comida de Mi Ranchito y quedé facinada! El dueño me recomendó una torta que lleva chuleta, choriqueso, jamón, salchicha, avocatee, jalapeño y mayonesa. Estaba bien grande y tenía una buena porción de carne! Definitivamente yo los recomiendo y volverá a regresar pronto para probar el menú de desayuno! Vale la pena la manejada desde Aurora, Co!!!!
I cannot express how much I love this restaurant! I had the carne asada nachos and they were amazing! The chips were homemade, fried beans, carne Asada, sour cream, nacho cheese and a really amazing salsa!!! The server Noemi is such a sweet heart! My family had tortas and they could not get over how delicious they were!!! I can’t wait to go back next week and try their breakfast menu! I honestly wish I could try everything in one day!’
If you’re passing through or driving anywhere near Wiggins, this place should not be overlooked! Great food, friendly staff, and consistently good every time I’ve been in.
I’ve had the Mi Ranchito Chorizo Breakfast Skillet numerous times now, and it’s a hit every single time. It’s packed with flavor, the portion size is great for the price, and it comes out piping hot in a sizzling skillet. Their tacos and birria also deserve a mention!
