“Chili Thai II in Windsor is one of our favorite places—whether we’re dining in or grabbing takeout, the food is consistently delicious and the staff is always kind and hard-working.
My personal favorite is the sesame beef—perfectly crispy with just the right balance of sweet and savory. My boys absolutely love their fried rice, and it’s one of those reliable dishes we know will hit the spot every time.
