My husband and I just recently got married at this venue and now drive by it as our favorite most memorable location. Brandon was so attentive and organized through the whole process and made sure our special day ran as smoothly as possible. During our final walkthrough he made sure to be very clear about what every ones expectations for the day were and made sure they were all honored. Our day was nothing short of perfect and the venue was absolutely stunning. When we had a minor hiccup with a vendor Brandon very quickly reassured me not to worry about a thing, he was going to get it taken care of, and that is exactly what he did! We even had a last minute guest show up and he brought this to our attention right away to make sure they were actually supposed to be there as he had not seen them all night. So on top of his exceptional coordination he also played a significant role in the overall safety and security of our night. We are still completely awe struck by the thought of our perfect day and could not have done it without the help and coordination of this amazing venue and their staff!

We had toured this venue and spoke with them about booking. There was a last minute opening for a date sooner than what we had originally chosen and we were offered the date. We agreed and then were sent a contract that had expired so we reached back out and asked if the correct one could be sent over. After this we never heard from them again. For nearly two weeks we tried emails and calls but were completely ghosted. It’s a beautiful venue and everything seemed to be going well with them up until that point. But just completely being left on the dark and never receiving any communication was heartbreaking after we had really been sold on the venue.

Having The Mill as our wedding venue was the best decision we could have made. We were married here in August 2024 and the whole experience from booking to walking out was incredible. I was from out of state and they helped make the planning as smooth as possible, including doing a video call and extra tour so I could see it before officially booking. We were blown away by the generosity and care of the staff. The venue is gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. Bailey is the sweetest person and took so much time to make sure our day was what we envisioned. She once asked us what it would take to make our day a 12/10 and I can honestly say they delivered at 100/10 experience. Please book The Mill for your wedding/event, you won’t regret it.

We had our wedding at The Mill Event Venue and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! From the beginning, we worked with Brandon, and he was great! Very helpful, easy to talk to, and made the whole planning process way less stressful.

On the day of, Dylan was our coordinator and did a fantastic job making sure everything ran smoothly. He handled all the behind the scenes stuff so we could just relax and enjoy the day.

The venue itself is beautiful and was the perfect setting for our big day. We got so many compliments from our guests, and everything really came together better than we could’ve hoped for.

Huge thanks to Brandon, Dylan, and the whole team at The Mill for helping make our wedding so special!

We got married here May 3, 2025 and the whole experience from start to finish was wonderful! Brandon and Dylan were amazing coordinators and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The bar staff also made the best drinks for us and our guests! This venue was perfect for our 80-some guests. We also adored the getting-ready house and love the convenience and photo opportunities in the back garden. Our pictures turned out so perfect with the blooms! This place will forever be one of our favorites :)

We just got married here a couple of days ago and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this venue!!! The staff (and owners) go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. I don’t even know how to describe everything they did for us but it was absolutely perfect. So glad I picked this venue!!!

I held my wedding here in December and everything was absolutely perfect down to every last detail. The Mill was great to work with and very helpful setting up. They were able to provide us with a tour of the venue before we booked and 30 days before the event. They worked wonderfully with the other vendors to make sure everything was smooth. The lighting and sound systems were great. And we loved the soda bar option at the bar. Overall, this place was absolutely perfect and i recommend it to everyone!!

We got married at The Mill in October 2024 and it was exactly what we envisioned for our big day. All of our guests commented on how cool the space is and how clean it was. We personally utilized the add-on service of “Day of/Month of Coordinator” and Bailey was INCREDIBLE. Bailey is the absolute best. She helped the day run so smoothly and she was so incredibly helpful and kind. If you’re looking for a wedding venue, this is your spot!

We recently hosted our holiday party at The Mill Event Venue, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless, thanks to the incredible team at The Mill.

The venue itself is stunning, with a perfect mix of rustic charm and modern elegance, making it an ideal setting for corporate events. The layout provided plenty of space for our team to mingle, dine, and enjoy the various activities throughout the night. The decor, lighting, and ambiance added a warm, festive touch that made the evening feel extra special.

A huge shout-out to Brandon, the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. He was attentive, responsive, and accommodating to all our needs, making the entire planning process stress-free.

From the moment we first stepped into The Mill, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The venue is absolutely breathtaking—an elegant blend of timeless beauty and modern charm that creates the most magical atmosphere. This venue offers everything you could possibly dream of!

Throughout the wedding planning process they were quick and thorough with answering questions to ensure a seamless day. But what really set The Mill apart was their fabulous day of coordinator, Bailey. Her professionalism and knowledge of all the moving parts of a wedding shines through everything she does. Bailey took all of my notes and made the vision of our day come to life. I was nervous about the transition from ceremony space to reception space, but the staff and bartenders were amazing.

The one downside we experienced was our choice of paying per head for alcohol. Two of our guests overconsumed and rather than cutting off those two individuals, staff chose to close down the entire bar, ending our alcohol serving early.

Overall, our experience at The Mill was amazing and made our special day perfect.

Nice little restaurant. The waiters were kind drinks were good and bathrooms immaculate. For this being in windsor it's a very nice place.

This venue is absolutely stunning and they go above and beyond to make sure your day is as perfect as possible. Bailey is absolutely amazing and well worth the extra money to have a day-of-coordinator. She helped to ensure the whole day went smoothly and did great with juggling everything. Cannot recommend The Mill enough. The bridal house they provide directly next to the venue is amazing and allows you to have a place to get ready and not have to travel far to the venue.

Oh my gosh we have nothing but amazing things to say about The Mill Event Venue! They were the last stop on our list when touring and we booked right then and there with Brandon because we were so in love with the venue. We are locals and it was important to us that we got married somewhere close because we wanted all of our out-of-state family and friends to see where we planted our roots. First off, the venue itself is absolutely stunning on its own and we loved the modern/industrial look. Then to have the bridal cottage right next door but still separate was amazing to have our group get ready together. We had a very large wedding party and we all fit perfectly fine and were able to have plenty of space while getting ready. The venue really has everything you need and we brought minimal decorations to make it our own style. Location, parking, scenery, etc. is truly the best of the best. Everything from the staff to the details to the location was perfect!

Our day of coordinator needs her own paragraph because she is SO amazing!! Bailey was positively excellent every step of the way and my husband and I were so hands-off the day of because she was able to execute everything perfectly and really brought our vision to life! She is really one of a kind and is such a genuine human being and I know our day would not have been the same without her. She is the sweetest and most calm and collected coordinator that if anything did go wrong on our day, we still have not heard about it because she made sure everything ran smoothly. We knew she was wonderful, and even our bridal party and guests were raving about her. She was the perfect fit for our day and we love her to pieces! Our wedding day was nothing short of perfection and we will forever remember the best day of our lives because of her!

On 7/20/24 - I worked as a “wedding host” contracted from an outside company (with one other woman). The regular staff and the wedding coordinator were beyond rude!!! Nobody was friendly or welcoming whatsoever. My co-worker and I received an icy cold shoulder from the regular staff (4 other workers). They basically ignored us and made us feel really uncomfortable!!

The wedding coordinator, Bailey, did nothing but stand behind the bar drinking all night while my coworker and I plated all the food, served the food, and bussed the tables. During dinner service, she literally sat at the bar drinking alcohol and looking at her phone. She was really sour towards the contractors and treated us like cockroaches!

At the end of the night, the tip jar was basically overflowing at the bar & I asked Bailey if the party hosts will be tipped out. She bluntly said NO! I asked the bride and groom if there was anything else I can do for them (hoping they would give me a tip) and they sent their maid of honor to talk to Bailey. I could see the maid of honor asking Bailey if she should tip us, and Bailey said NO! The maid of honor came over to me and said - we’re all set, thanks.

I have NEVER worked a shift at a restaurant or hosted any type of event where I didn’t get tipped!! I wondered if the tip issue was why the regular staff was so “annoyed” with us contractors or if they felt offended having 2 extra people there.

It doesn’t matter, this place left a horrible memory in my mind & I told my boss to never send me to work another wedding at The Mill in Windsor!!

The regular staff was drinking behind the bar & I never saw any of them wash their hands!!

P.S.- I saw the response and I don’t think my “complaints” of the staff drinking alcohol while on duty were taken seriously. I don’t need to be educated by these people because my future endeavors won’t include working here again.
