Ordered food online. Went to Pick it up and have been waiting for over an hour! Still no food! It’s like this every time I have come here. You would think I would learn my lesson by now. The service sucks in the Windsor Co. restaurant. They are way too understaffed for how busy they are! And to top it all off they are still taking orders! I’ve seen Food delivery services abandon people’s online orders. Leaving people who paid to have it delivered with no food coming. Insanity!
I came in and Payton helped me, she was so polite and helpful. I was extremely pleased with the service. She had recommended the shishito peppers and they were amazing! I will definitely be coming back!
My wife and I decided to go here for dinner last night, not realizing it was National Chicken Wing Day. Obviously the place was swamped with orders, but we had some errands to run so we had no issue with waiting for our food. When we did arrive a little early, we were greeted at the drive-thru by Kinsey. She explained how many orders they had, apologized for the wait, and told us to come back.
