Sundog Taproom offers a pour-your-own drink by the ounce experience with a selection of 25 different beers, a cider or two, and fun drinks on draft like a bourbon high ball and an Aperol spritz. The food is quick and yummy but expensive, ordered via QR code and picked up at a window. The bartenders are fun and helpful, with staff knowledgeable about the process and willing to make recommendations. It's a great place to visit, especially for a ski resort, with a semi-intuitive system and fun atmosphere. The employees are super friendly, and the patio offers a great view. Jason made sure customers got a full beer for what they paid for, even correcting a charging issue. The caprese panini was really good for lunch.
