Great food, lots of local color, great prices and 24/7. Does it get better?
First time being at penny’s for a small town diner this place was amazing and the lady chef was very nice.
Not bad. Prices are very good. To have a 24/7 restaurant in such a small town is actually very nice. It can be rough around the edges but you can't always judge a book by its cover.
