Stayed at hotel and was lucky enough to have breakfast here - just like the rest of the US no workers ? they don’t have enough staff to be open to the public- she can’t handle that volume - very nice place great
I can't understand why Penny's has only 2.5 stars. Five of us just had breakfast here and the omelets, breakfast sandwich, pancakes and biscuits were all outstanding. Not to mention, we sat at the bar and Kathy was super friendly and attentive.

Spoke to front desk: reviews citing “only open to hotel guests” are reflective of time during a labor shortage, I was assured by front desk that this wonderful diner is now fully staffed and own to everyone.
