I have been such a ride or die when it comes to moon star —specifically for their boneless spare ribs. Coming home from work I added on 40 minutes to my commute just for moon star and was met with one of the worst boneless spare ribs I’ve had. Taste, texture, cut… it was all off. Food was really good! The egg drop soup actually had flavor! Kids loved the boneless spareribs. Portion size was good and everything came in neat and hot. So far, moon star has been the best in the valley in this new economic market of ours!
