“One of the Best Japanese Restaurants in Connecticut if you love Sushi and Sashimi. The Spider roll made with fried soft shell crab is to die for!! My wife had the Dinner Bento Box with the Bento Chicken and loved everything. The service was outstanding. The prices are very reasonable and the portions generous. The soup or salad that comes with the meal is very good. We go to the best rated restaurants in Connecticut and NY. and if they were to improve their ambiance/atmosphere which is a little plain and make the restaurant more romantic it would be a destination restaurant and one of the best anywhere.“

“My husband surprised me with a dinner gathering at Red Lotus. Immediately upon walking in we were greeted by two staff members and the owner Larry. Gary was our server who I must say was by far the best server we have ever had. Gary and Larry truly made us feel like we were the only ones there (they had a full house) the food was delicious we were a party of 8 and all had different plates none of us were disappointed with our food. The presentation of the plates were beautiful! Larry made sure to come to our table and assure we were satisfied with our food and service took time out to talk with us and build a relationship. “My fiancé and I loyally order from here when we are craving Chinese food or sushi. Not only does the food always hit the spot, but their service is amazing. When I informed the woman working at the front of my gluten sensitivity, she took time to run through every ingredient and its contents and triple checked there would be no contamination (who knew imitation crab had gluten?). They took my sensitivity very seriously and I’m extremely grateful for that, as this service is rare.

“This is the BEST ASIAN FOOD ANYWHERE! I'm from NYC/LI and have been to many many Asian/Chinese restaurants in my life and Harvest House makes the best Hot and Sour soup and Asian/Chinese food that I have ever eaten. My wife and I travel from Norwalk for this superb Asian/Chinese food. The restaurant is family owned and the owner is the Chef and his wife and children are often at the restaurant making it a very nice and warm atmosphere!“
