My family and I went there for dinner. It was around 5 pm on a Saturday. My initial thought was the place is clean and the owner was very welcoming.The service wasn’t rushed and she was very considerate. The food is homemade and delicious. I had chicken ramen. It was made with freshly roasted chicken. The Mandu (pork dumplings) was amazing- very fresh tasting with a great crunch. The miso soup was delicious. They make soy sauce in-house. Everything about Sushi 2020 is perfect. From the atmosphere, the owners, and the food has always been a 10/10. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in.

Incredibly nice people and really delicious food!!! They happily made my bibimbap bowl without egg for me as well, lots of vegetables and tofu with perfect rice and kimchi. The little cup of miso soup that came with was also perfect. Great service and food!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available and can make a few things vegan (at least bibimbap bowl)
