Messed up my order twice and then said it was my fault and I was holding them up!!! Really??? I’ve been going to them for YEARS. Never again! They have messed up my order in the past as well but have since ordered from them with no issues. The rudeness is what lost them a loyal customer who has been eating with them at least once per week.
I observed a man cooking without a mask. The women and the sushi chefs all wore masks. I told the cashier that this is not acceptable. She looked like a deer in the headlights.
My order, 3 items, was more than 15 minutes later than promised.
I won't be back.
I ordered from Dao on Seamless on December 20 and paid through Seamless for pick up. When I arrived at the restaurant they made me pay for my food again, even after showing my receipt. Seamless refused to help me recover the funds from the restaurant. Their food is good, but not worth the frustration of duplicate charges.
