The food is mediocre at best, and nothing tastes fresh. It just tastes like leftovers from two nights ago that's been reheated and not seasoned. If you want something just to fill your stomach I would recommend but otherwise it's a no go.
I value this restaurant with 5 stars because they treat you like a real customer. Very nice place to take out and order from. Very clean and always very friendly. The best in the business. Thank you Chang An and your family.

What a disappointment. I have ordered here a while back when we lived on that side of town, but owners have changed and food became ehhhhh. My son loves egg rolls so since we were in the area, I figured it can't be that bad. Well it was, while he was eating the oil was just dripping down his arm, it was drenched in oil. It was gross, no freshness to it.
