I was honestly so impressed by this location. The employees were hard working and on top of the orders. My order was finished within 5 minutes. I love to get matchas at Starbucks and this is the best one I’ve had so far. I don’t know what they did differently but it’s spectacular. This is definitely my new favorite location!
i’m not sure why this has a 3.7 review. this is a great starbucks with friendly staff that are hardworking, without the jacked up city coffee prices of hartford and middletown. This is a great starbucks!
Please bring back the Eggnog Latte !

Starbucks Coffee Company in this location is highly regarded for its friendly and hardworking staff, as well as its clean and modern building. Customers appreciate the quick service and consistency in drink quality, making it a reliable spot for coffee. The staff are attentive and understanding, often going out of their way to ensure customers are satisfied, even fixing orders when needed. The spacious interior features a large layout with a variety of tables, creating a comfortable environment for visitors. Some special themed drinks, like the Wicked-themed beverages—Glinda's Pink Potion and Elphaba's Cold Brew—are available, offering a fun and refreshing experience. The shop also has a colorful selection of tumblers and mugs that catch the eye. While the parking lot can get busy due to shared space with nearby stores, the overall service remains efficient. However, there are occasional issues such as running out of certain food items in the afternoon and challenges with mobile order accuracy, with some orders being incorrect or not matching specifications. Despite these minor setbacks, many customers consider this Starbucks a go-to location for quality drinks, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere.
