“This store is amazing the workers here are more realistic. (When I mean realistic they act their wage.) than the Starbucks employees up the street who always seem to be entitled and rude for their wage. They work very quick and work hard and have great customer service. Worth me tipping them. The building is clean. They have a constant variety of donuts and such for your enjoyment. They always make my coffee well and if it were to be made wrong they would fix it with such ease and not so much judgement unlike Starbucks up the street.“

“This review is strictly based off of my experience on 11/15 2024 at 8:39 p.m. I want to take the time to think Hayden N for his great customer service. A lot of times people lose sight of how much great service means to someone pulling up through a drive-thru but you didn't. Your greeting was extremely Pleasant, your patience and your willingness to recommend a great option based off of what I was looking for. I want you to know that if for whatever reason you go through a shift and you feel like you're not appreciated just remember there's people out here that probably don't say it but we do keep your great service in mind. Thank you for your service and your efforts to do a great job.“

“Wonderful coffee shop. Hands down the best lattes I’ve ever had. They have somehow managed to make them consistently good- they are creamy and flavorful and highly recommend the pistachio! Their food is good too and baklava is fresh, not the syrupy goopy stuff you usually find places. The pistachio milk cake is a must try too. It’s very nicely decorated and has a kids corner with books and games that I love and is rare to find in a nice coffee shop. Staff are always very nice, talkative and you never wait too long for an order. I can’t say enough good things. I go here as often as I can and will continue to iA. I hope they continue to open more locations“
