“Staff could not be more pleasant and polite. I love that it’s on the quiet side compared to a place like Starbucks. We come to Lions Den often even though it’s quite a distance from our residence. Coffee is great!“

“A wonderful place that I wish I found sooner! Fable has a wide variety of witchy, ethereal gifts. Everything from tiny vials to ephemera, not to mention books, decor and more. You can sit in the cozy cafe portion, order a freshly brewed tea and enjoy the ambiance. We popped in on a weekday and were greeted by Tina, the owner, who was helpful and easy to talk to. We will definitely be back, don't skip a visit to Fable!“

I would definitely recommend this Paris Baguette! 💕🥐🍰“

“The ladies who made my latte order were amazing. The latte came out delicious as always, but the service stood out today because I had my kids in the car and the ladies at Aroma Joes Bristol, CT were so friendly and gracious that it made our whole day. I'm still smiling at how kind and welcoming they were. My kids speak of them very fondly. Thank you for making a positive difference in our day.“

“Excellent customer service. Lattes had a good flavor and we're not acidic. There are numerous options on the menu from smoothies to match and tea. The menu does not have food. The line is a little confusing and we were not close enough to scan the QR code which is a little strange to me so when we got to the customer service person we didn't know what we wanted. She was super helpful and very nice. Our order was perfect and we really enjoyed the lattes.“

“Good service with very attentive waitresses. Food is delicious and cooked perfectly. They do have size options for the pancakes so if you are not into giant pancakes you can downsize. Atmosphere is comfortable but not overwhelming. The price is a nice plus to coming here, even though they only accept cash, but that keeps their prices down.“

“It was my first time trying aroma joes, so I decided to order an iced coffee online while my fiancee was doing work in the area. The girl at the drive thru window was so sweet, I told her it was my first time trying aroma joes and she lit up and said welcome and it just made me feel really good as a customer to get that reaction. When I picked up my order, she let me know to tell them if there was anything they could change and they would be more than happy to accommodate. Definitely looking forward to relocating to the area and having this place more close by ☺“

“BIG shoutout to Starbucks - Plainville!! I’m really not feeling well, but also really wanted a peppermint white mocha LOL. I called the store in Plainville, and even though they don’t usually bring the orders out to your car, a very nice employee named Kate I believe offered to bring the stuff out and leave it on my trunk for me so I could come out and get it without having to come in contact with anybody. You guys are amazing! Thank you for coming in every day and putting yourself at risk so idiots like me can get our lattes LOL!! Also, after posting this is a local town thread, I was ripped apart for not leaving a tip (because I couldn’t afford it), and Kate saw this and took the time to send me a private Facebook message thanking me for my post! Wow!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!“
