“One of the better Dunkin where they take an inch of pride in making your coffee or food , because 90 percent of Dunkins and fast food restaurants hire any lazy person off the street and then you get an egg and cheese that looks like some one stepped and stomped all over it before it's wrapped, but this Dunkin the workers, seem to care . The only Dunkin around and my vicinity that I ever visit , if I got to go somewhere else , I'll usually go hungry or without coffee for the day instead . I've learned that I'd rather keep my 4 dollars in my pocket than to get a sandwich that looks like someone pulled it out of the dumpster out back.“

“I'm from NY and live in Vermont, my brother brought me up some Neil's donuts and bagels for the first time this weekend, he'll now have to do it every time he comes up. In my 44 yrs on earth, these are by far the best donuts and bagels I've ever had and that's saying a lot coming from NY, land of the bagel. “Yummmmm the only thing I dislike is the location. Very hard to get into this parking lot depending on which side of the street you are on and there's no intercom in the drive thru. It's a little pricey but they have tons of flavors and the coffee is tasty. Wish they had more sugar free flavors, but it's a nice stop for a treat or sweet drink or energy drink.“

“We just tried this bagel shop for the first time. It’s a hidden gem. Wow! The bagels are so fresh and great! The cream cheese is amazing too! The scallion is my favorite! They have other unique flavors too! Deli sandwiches, egg sandwiches and more! I highly recommend trying this place out!

“I hate to knock this location down a couple stars because the staff and service are fantastic! However, since the renovation the entire ambience of how it feels inside the shop has changed for the worse. Prior to the renovation this shop felt cozy and relaxing to sit down and get your work done, now it feels cold on the inside, also they've removed a bunch of seating, so you'd need to get lucky if you want to sit down and get your work done. I hope they add more seating for the future. However, it looks like this renovation came out as a pro for the employees because they have way more space to work and move around behind the counter than how it was before.“

I eat here every time I pass by Waterbury and the food is always excellent and very delicious! I love small and local restaurants like this! “I can’t say enough great things about this location. Every member of the staff is phenomenal, they always have a positive attitude even when slammed with customers. I work right across the street so coming here is extremely convenient but even if it wasn’t I would take the extra drive to come to this location“

“I have been to a few HBC locations, but this one is the most disappointing. Their food is still great, though. I LOVE their alt-B, but this location gave me about 1/2 of what I get at the other locations - my sister also was disappointed with hers. Their tortilla soup was very bland (I couldn't finish more than two spoonfuls).
Their bread and pastries are just as good as the other locations. Their staff members are fantastic and they have a lot of seating!

Parking: There are about 8 parking spots right on Route 4 that are extremely difficult to get into and out of. There is another small parking lot behind the cafe that I recommend using.“

“First time visitor and the customer service was amazing! Totally expected an anonymous mall experience but they were SO nice and even made a special strawberry drink for my daughter. I had the dirty brown sugar milk tea with boba and it was delicious!
