I’ve been coming here for about two years, and in the past, I’ve dealt with so many problems—bad attitudes, issues with orders, and even inconsistent opening times. But lately, things feel different! For the past week, my wife and I have been stopping here every morning before work, and the improvement is clear. The biggest plus? It’s actually open on time! That was never a guarantee before, but now, it’s a reliable stop to start the day. This morning, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming man who even made conversation about the weather while we waited for my wife to locate her card. It was such a nice change from the usual experience—and definitely better than having the window slammed in our faces! It’s refreshing to see the effort being put in, and I hope this positive change continues. Thank you for some hope Robert! Keep it up!“

“have been to Brinx twice. Both times I had the everything bagel with cheese, egg and bacon. The bagel is slightly toasted and is both soft and tasty. They give plenty of cheese and plenty of bacon for the very reasonable price of $7.00, which is unmatched anywhere. The young man who serves is friendly and pleasant. The place looks a bit dusty but the tables are clean and the coffee is very good. I highly recommend this place.“

Atmosphere is comfortable but not overwhelming. The price is a nice plus to coming here, even though they only accept cash, but that keeps their prices down.“

While we waited for a tow, the barista gave us water for our dog and offered to do anything she could to help. “There are 2 dunkins closer to my home and I go to this one whenever I'm getting dunkin because their service is always great, friendly and fast and they always make my drinks perfectly! (Even if I order them a little weird) Also the food is always hot and crispy. Can not say enough good things about this dunkin!“

They think when they driving a car that they can mix their problems with people on the streets, plus they always in some kind of hurry I don't know exactly what they hurry is but they don't even have a minute to stop for a person crossing an street.“

I have a DD about 2mns from my house but i rather drive all the way to exit 25 (i am by Naugatuck Valley Community College) to get it from this place. I work in Meriden and used to buy it over there however idk what happened 😐 that they started to make my coffee nasty. Mess up on my oders all the time. Asked for hazelnut shot and would give me a coffee tasting like pumkin spice 😫. Tried an other DD in Meriden and they never ever put sugar in the coffee even though i always ask for 6 sugars. Out of like 20times i went there ild say 2 maybe 3 times they put sugar 🙄🙄🤦🏻‍♀️ so i tried this location on Kukas ln and hasn't failed me yet. They're quick, polite and make my coffee perfect 👌🏼 🥰.
