I’ve been coming here for about two years, and in the past, I’ve dealt with so many problems—bad attitudes, issues with orders, and even inconsistent opening times. But lately, things feel different! For the past week, my wife and I have been stopping here every morning before work, and the improvement is clear. The biggest plus? It’s actually open on time! That was never a guarantee before, but now, it’s a reliable stop to start the day. This morning, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming man who even made conversation about the weather while we waited for my wife to locate her card. It was such a nice change from the usual experience—and definitely better than having the window slammed in our faces! “have been to Brinx twice. Both times I had the everything bagel with cheese, egg and bacon. The bagel is slightly toasted and is both soft and tasty. They give plenty of cheese and plenty of bacon for the very reasonable price of $7.00, which is unmatched anywhere. The young man who serves is friendly and pleasant. The place looks a bit dusty but the tables are clean and the coffee is very good. I highly recommend this place.“

While we waited for a tow, the barista gave us water for our dog and offered to do anything she could to help. “Thursday, May 14th was my first time at this location.
I was very impressed with how large and immaculate the dining area is.
There are more than enough parking spots available and a very spacious, convenient drive-thru.
My latte was made perfectly and EVERY staff member smiled and acknowledged me,
EVERY SINGLE ONE!
That's extremely rare in this day and age. You're lucky if you get ONE person in retail or restaurant to smile OR acknowledge you.
I wish I lived in Waterbury so I could go to this Dunkin more often.
I look forward to returning to this Dunkin' the next time I come to Waterbury for a doctor's visit.

“There are 2 dunkins closer to my home and I go to this one whenever I'm getting dunkin because their service is always great, friendly and fast and they always make my drinks perfectly! (Even if I order them a little weird) Also the food is always hot and crispy. Can not say enough good things about this dunkin!“
