“I can't complain about their food at this location, it's always hot And fresh. Their WIFI and connection issues in the lot are really awful Anna have played having trying to get the app to work. This should be dealt with. We have had problems getting them to give us order without a lot of time wasted to get them to locate it.... that's a down fall...“

“The new management at this Dunkin’ has definitely turned some heads! I’ve been coming here for about two years, and in the past, I’ve dealt with so many problems—bad attitudes, issues with orders, and even inconsistent opening times. But lately, things feel different! For the past week, my wife and I have been stopping here every morning before work, and the improvement is clear. The biggest plus? It’s actually open on time! That was never a guarantee before, but now, it’s a reliable stop to start the day. This morning, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming man who even made conversation about the weather while we waited for my wife to locate her card. It was such a nice change from the usual experience—and definitely better than having the window slammed in our faces! “A wonderful place that I wish I found sooner! Fable has a wide variety of witchy, ethereal gifts. Everything from tiny vials to ephemera, not to mention books, decor and more. You can sit in the cozy cafe portion, order a freshly brewed tea and enjoy the ambiance. We popped in on a weekday and were greeted by Tina, the owner, who was helpful and easy to talk to. We will definitely be back, don't skip a visit to Fable!“

“have been to Brinx twice. Both times I had the everything bagel with cheese, egg and bacon. The bagel is slightly toasted and is both soft and tasty. They give plenty of cheese and plenty of bacon for the very reasonable price of $7.00, which is unmatched anywhere. The young man who serves is friendly and pleasant. The place looks a bit dusty but the tables are clean and the coffee is very good. I highly recommend this place.“

“Good service with very attentive waitresses. Food is delicious and cooked perfectly. They do have size options for the pancakes so if you are not into giant pancakes you can downsize. Atmosphere is comfortable but not overwhelming. The price is a nice plus to coming here, even though they only accept cash, but that keeps their prices down.“

“Thursday, May 14th was my first time at this location.
I was very impressed with how large and immaculate the dining area is.
There are more than enough parking spots available and a very spacious, convenient drive-thru.
My latte was made perfectly and EVERY staff member smiled and acknowledged me,
EVERY SINGLE ONE!
That's extremely rare in this day and age. You're lucky if you get ONE person in retail or restaurant to smile OR acknowledge you.
I wish I lived in Waterbury so I could go to this Dunkin more often.
I look forward to returning to this Dunkin' the next time I come to Waterbury for a doctor's visit.
