“I don’t know what the bad reviews are about . Girl in drive through was listening , was polite and even asked if we wanted a tray. No other Dunkin has ever asked. Coffee taste good. Hash browns are perfect. Other places taste gross or burnt. I recommend the $6 deal with croissant 🥐 . 9 cream , 9 sugar on coffee and ketchup & crushed red pepper on your croissant. I add mine 😆 thanks guys !!! Appreciate it. Oh and don’t forget to download Dunkin’ app and scan app before paying . That’s how you get points“

“As someone who is a total specialty latte fiend, I’m always chasing the next great coffee. I usually drive all the way to Wallingford because I love places that make house-made syrups, fun cold foams, and creative toppings. It’s just my thing. Coffee makes me happy and I happily stay caffeinated. That said, I cannot believe it took me this long to try Pop Pops Coffee Shop here in town. I ordered the Nutty Irishman latte and I’m not exaggerating when I say it might have been the best latte I’ve ever had. The syrup was perfectly sweet but tasted so fresh and natural. Nothing artificial at all. You can really tell when something is made with care. The rotating specialty latte menu sounds amazing too. I’m honestly sad the Nutty Irishman won’t be on the menu forever because it was that good. But judging by the other drinks they’re planning, I feel like I’m going to discover a new favorite every week. I also had the chance to meet the owner and he was incredibly kind. It’s just really nice to see a young local business creating such a welcoming space for people to hang out, relax, work on their laptops, or just enjoy great coffee. The girl working there was also the sweetest. We actually ran into her twice and she was just as friendly both times. Northford is lucky to have this place. Everyone in town should be showing up and supporting them. Great people, great atmosphere, and incredible coffee. I already know I’m going to become a regular and they’re definitely going to start recognizing me soon. Highly recommend stopping in. You won’t regret it“

“Excellent customer service. Lattes had a good flavor and we're not acidic. There are numerous options on the menu from smoothies to match and tea. The menu does not have food. The line is a little confusing and we were not close enough to scan the QR code which is a little strange to me so when we got to the customer service person we didn't know what we wanted. She was super helpful and very nice. Our order was perfect and we really enjoyed the lattes.“

“I ordered a lemon-flavored birthday cake with buttercream frosting. The cake was made with the freshest of ingredients, was moist, and was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Everyone commented on how flavorful the cake was, but the artistic talent of the baker/decorator took centerstage!!! The cake was so beautiful, we didn’t want to cut into it!!! “Last 4 or more times going it has been completely awful! I go before work and order a PUMPKIN coffee, well one expects pumpkin in it NOT having it still taste regular yet for my large it said 1 pump pumpkin which it’s supposed to automatically be 4. I also had Skim milk and they put cream. This morning my Husband ordered and I got it back cold, no flavor, and leaking. Disgusting! You waiting forever in the drive though lately and even with the sticker on the coffee it comes out wrong and nasty. They need to pay attention to what the stickers say and make more coffee not serve cold or burnt coffee to people! Worst one in town and the other one hasn’t always been the best either but a bit better than that one.“
