“As someone who is a total specialty latte fiend, I’m always chasing the next great coffee. I usually drive all the way to Wallingford because I love places that make house-made syrups, fun cold foams, and creative toppings. It’s just my thing. Coffee makes me happy and I happily stay caffeinated. That said, I cannot believe it took me this long to try Pop Pops Coffee Shop here in town. I ordered the Nutty Irishman latte and I’m not exaggerating when I say it might have been the best latte I’ve ever had. The syrup was perfectly sweet but tasted so fresh and natural. Nothing artificial at all. You can really tell when something is made with care. The rotating specialty latte menu sounds amazing too. I’m honestly sad the Nutty Irishman won’t be on the menu forever because it was that good. But judging by the other drinks they’re planning, I feel like I’m going to discover a new favorite every week. I also had the chance to meet the owner and he was incredibly kind. It’s just really nice to see a young local business creating such a welcoming space for people to hang out, relax, work on their laptops, or just enjoy great coffee. The girl working there was also the sweetest. We actually ran into her twice and she was just as friendly both times. Northford is lucky to have this place. Everyone in town should be showing up and supporting them. Great people, great atmosphere, and incredible coffee. I already know I’m going to become a regular and they’re definitely going to start recognizing me soon. Highly recommend stopping in. You won’t regret it“

“Your employee Isaac treated us very respectful and made me the best Dublin sandwich I have ever had. Originally I was planing on pretending to slip near your bathroom because the floor was wet and sue you. But then Isaac made me a bomb sandwich and I decided I would not“

“Olmo is one of the best spots in New Haven. It’s cozy, efficient, and kind. Their kitchen staff are personable, sincere, and make a point to connect with all guests. Even for someone like me who’s only here for a short while, they have a forever customer.“

“This place is so cute and cozy. I went for one of my friends' performance as a music artist, and it made me wish i lived closer to it. It's about an hour away from where I live, so I can't go often, but I'll definitely drop by any time I'm in the area. They have chalkboard walls full of drawings and writing from locals, lots of cozy seating, and an atmosphere made for talking with people.“

“I want to move to a place closer to this shop. The language sections are not bad. So much selection. Super friendly people working here too. After a very long drive up from the state of floriDUH, it was so nice to be treated with so much kindness. I once heard a person from university tell me that I should've been a film major, kinda randomly TBH, and it had been on my mind for years now. I'm basically too afraid to go to the local venue where there are books and films because all my exes live in Texas. Would be super amazing to learn more about the perspectives of folks near Yale and other brain trust institutions of the NE USA. I'm kinda dulled and tired about and by all of the Spanish and Latino references around where I currently reside. Our public libraries are very dull in regards to languages - soooooo much in English and Spanish but then very VERY little in much of anything else. Any other languages and perspectives, I meant. Seriously, thanks for being so kind and welcoming to me! In floriDUH, it's about a 0.00012485% chance of anyone here being helpful on any given day. Hopefully, the autumn and winter months are going well for all of you there :) Cannot wait to be able to return one day.

“I went Branford Beach for the first time today. What a great experience!! Amazing breakfast sandwiches!!! Coffee, hot latte, cappuccino and Iced latte were all so tasty!!! The chocolate cheese muffin was top notch!!!! No it’s as well we’re so good!!!! Highly highly recommend!!!!! Oh and the staff are friendly and super helpful!“

“I went to the Wallingford 7 Brew for the first time today and met the nicest girl ever! She had red hair and tattoos and was so kind and patient while helping me figure out what to order. Everyone working was so positive and welcoming. It was such a cool place to visit with the music, huge variety of drinks, and amazing employees. “Very enjoyable outside setting at Belle Vie! Just lovely. From the friendly staff whom immediacy greeted us upon arrival to tbe owner who made a special trip outdoors after personally cooking our crepes in the kitchen. We tried their chicken pesto crepe w/ tomato and spinach- absolutely delicious ! And also the salmon, cream cheese, tomato, caper, red onion crepe. Yum! We also sampled their lattes both hot and cold brew and a marvelous bacon cheddar biscuit warmed up and buttered ! They have sweet crepes as well and many non- crepe options. This Cafe will not disappoint! A beautiful menu with many selections of fresh, health conscious choices as well as some slightly more indulgent pasterie options! ( and a few more diet aware pastries as well! ) Belle Vie Cafe has everything you need! … And with a great vibe , too!!! Give it a go. “I work close by so I am at Cilantro several times a week... and as a self-proclaimed "foodie" I highly recommend this local hot spot for delicious coffee, super tasty chicken salad, raspberry/almond scones, "yoga" cookies, matcha cookies & their peanut butter/ coconut bites! I also frequently get their matcha or golden milk lattes, both are masterfully made & delicious either hot or cold!! I usually see Helen, but everyone there is also as friendly as she is and on-point with my order. Their in-store grocery treats and savory goodies are a delightful hand-picked selection that reminds regulars & travelers why they're a favorite local business & one to support and visit often!!“

I’m terribly sorry that you lost a star but that matcha brownie tasted absolutely disgusting. Never again will I buy it!!! Sorry sweetheart but it’s lacking sugar. However I do love the sweet cream filled bread you sold me. Thank you very much for helping me figure out what I want for breakfast tomorrow. Lastly, the cream green tea cake was absolutely divine. “Common Grounds in Branford is my “Go to” every day after my workouts. I meet with friends for coffee and spirited conversation, and see a lot of people I know….and I always make new friends! “During lunch break from having to serve jury duty I found this coffee shop down the street and decided to pop in. The two behind the counter were very friendly and inviting, and the special grilled cheese with tomato or bacon with soup was PERFECT . the chicken corn chowder came out piping hot and didn't even need any salt or pepper. I'm usually skeptical when someone has to make my coffee instead of me doing it, but unlike dunkin donuts the gentleman made it just right! they seem to have a familiar and friendly customer fan base, and I would definitely go back again.“
