Alani, Juvi, and addison rae gave me stellar service. They were able to recommend me everything I wanted. They greeted me as I walked in and I immediately felt welcomed. Will be returning.
Best starbucks in all of CT. All of the baristas are amazing. Addison Rae is the best and friendliest person ever. My coffee is always made correct and with care. The manager of this location is amazing as well and she will even give my son an extra cake pop. We only come here and now we go inside due to the great service instead of the drive thru.
Went to the drive thru for my usual coffee and a gift card. Service is always nice and helpful.

The Rocky Hill team is recognized for their knowledge and contribution to the community's caffeine satisfaction. Customers praise the BEST customer service EVER, with one staff member being incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming, going above and beyond. Another barista was polite and kind. Customers appreciate a great cup of coffee after a long day. The store appears to be understaffed at times, with a recommendation to hire extra help for rushes.
