I always get exceptional customer service at this location. Sometimes they are clearly understaffed and stressed, but nonetheless always polite and as fast as possible. Yesterday I was kind of having a bad day, I guess you could see it on my face. The cashier drew a smiley face on the cover to my cup. It made my day!
They were out of hash browns but Kevin got things sorted out, fantastic service thank you!
Recently, I had visited Dunkin with my family and it had been one of the best experiences I’ve had. I’ve been here couple of times but Nithya legitimately takes the cake for best employee there. We had ordered a lot of things but she took it into careful consideration and made sure we got everything all ready to go. To the administration of Rocky Hill Dunkin Donuts, give the girl a raise. She works too hard and deserves it. Thank you Nithya.

Dunkin' is a convenient stop for a quick treat. The remodeled location has friendly staff who remember regular customers and always serve with a smile, making the experience enjoyable. While the muffin selection may not have improved, the Strawberry Coolatta remains a fan favorite. The drive-thru can be long and frustrating due to poor microphone quality and limited bill acceptance. Parking is tight with minimal spots available, including only two handicap spots. Customers have noted some inconsistencies with orders, such as missing ingredients in drinks and sandwiches that can be lopsided.
