Everything was great!! I had the American Whiskey cocktail and it was so good! The smash burger was great! The fries could have been better but definitely good! The smoke sauce is so yummy. Will be back on my next visit.
Update: Chris went out of his way to make things right and refunded the full amount of our bill.
The beer was nothing to write home about and the service was okay. A barback managed to spill an entire flight all over my pants, the table and my wife. didn’t apologize, and even made a smart-ass comment about it. Why would you put two flights on a tray?
On the upside, the food was great — but with so many excellent gastropubs/breweries in the area, that alone isn’t enough to make me come back.
I left with a bad taste in my mouth (literally and figuratively) and soaked pants. Nothing was comped despite the incident, which speaks volumes about how they handle their guests. Despite not receiving a full flight because I WORE IT. Disappointing experience overall.
First and most importantly, the beer is phenomenal and you can't go wrong with any that you pick. I know that, because they offer 9 count flights that includes every beer on tap. The food is also way better than could possibly be asked of a brewery, making this place worth the stop for people who don't drink. The building is an old train station and it's past lends to the atmosphere. My favorite spot to get lunch in Bethel!
Awesome everything, staff and owners are super cool too! Thanks Chris for the Michelob doppelgänger!
I can’t say enough about this place! The food is amazing and I love that they add new things all the time. Literally everything I’ve tried there has been beyond my expectations. I try to bring new people whenever we go so they don’t miss out! I’ve attended fun events there as well. The staff is so friendly and they make you feel at home. We went for brunch last Sunday and it couldn’t have been better. Rachel was so kind and we all can’t wait to go back!
I was SO impressed with the food here. Great service too! Highly recommend!
Update after many years of going here. Better food selection and always an interesting choice. Sandwiches are amazing and entrees are very good. The beer also has only gotten better. The Belgium ales are my favorites.
Good food and beer and in combination even better. Too many taprooms in CT have no food offerings. I like the combination here. Real food with real beer, best of both worlds. They keep the menu simple Tacos and burritos with a few more items. The food we tried was good. The beer list looked and we tried a few and they were good.
Excellent!
Such a great spot to either sit outdoors or inside. Food is always amazing, with a special shout out to the house made poblano ranch( soo soooooo good) Staff is super friendly and personable. Love this place.
Half way eaten wrap - soooo good!
Great place, great service!

Weekend brunch specials Saturday and Sunday until 3pm. Breakfast Smashburger was banging upgrade to side salad with spinach.
Great tasting variety of beer. Try the Drift, cold IPA.
Excellent little Brewery and Brew pub in the former bethel train station. Awesome food also. Got lucky and managed to catch a train going by while enjoying a pour.
To be honest, I used to absolutely love, broken symmetry! About a year and a half ago everything went downhill! They got rid of their chef and brought in someone new. They got rid of the burrito. Which was their main staple item! My family and I used to go 2 to 3 times a week to pick up food or eat in! Now We never go because the food is not great! Everything on the menu they’ll tell you is absolutely outstanding, but sadly it all stinks! Symmetry please go back to your old way and fix what you have ruined! Just want my burrito back!
Great selections of brewery! Friendly staff, great service.
I moved here from the west coast and think I just found my beer spot for the summer.
