Been here many times. What separates Broken Symmetry from many other breweries is not only do they have EXCELLENT beer - but the food is outrageously good! As a perfect example: how do you reinvent the BLT? You add Burrata and truffle balsamic to some very fantastic bacon and perfectly grilled bread. Be careful when you bite into this - your eyes will roll up into your head in pure ecstasy! Paired this with Warp Core. BRAVO guys! Another epic gastro fest!!

Broken Symmetry is one of our favorite places to perform! The food is outstanding, and the menu is always top notch, with creative new items rotating in every week. The staff is consistently professional, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which makes everything feel easy and enjoyable. There’s such a great energy there and honestly, there’s really nothing else like this place. We’re always grateful to be there!

Broken Symmetry has always been one of my favorite spots in town and I always look forward to going! Not only does Chris brew state-of-the-art beers, but I am a big fan of their rotating menus (especially those desserts, eyeball those!!), welcoming/accommodating staff, and the family-friendly and community based center of town. I am always in awe with the variety of events they always host (book clubs, plant nights, big bands, etc), so I always feel like there’s everything for everyone! If you are looking for the place in town for everyone to gather, drink good beers, and be a family - Broken’s where it’s at!!

Was bad establishment very loud near train tracking with loud horn. Would need ear protection twice a hour for 3 minutes the food was small kitchen possible food poisoning that make you poop pants. Even salty food where have to drink more liqour. The inside room fit fire safety max 30 people close corners. With outside patio risking 2 feet from high speed train platform and high decibel train horn. Would not recommend was rude owner and rude staff. Also poor selection healthy options or alternative to salty food and beer. Have been to over 25 restaurants or bars offering Music this has been one of worse ones for location and staff then menu. Would not recommend if had anyone sensitive like young kids or elderly to noise would need lawn mowing ear muff sound protection. Also anyone sensitive food risk food poisoning small kitchen and upset stomach even needing drink more for salt in food.

The craft beer selection is exceptional, the food is incredibly flavorful, and the unique, welcoming atmosphere inside the transformed historic building makes it the perfect local spot for a relaxed and fun night out!

I thought the beer was quite good, and the burger I had was excellent. The servers were all very nice, and I was well taken care of. Pretty cool location in an old train station, too. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their beers and sit out on the patio again soon.

I love coming to this tiny gem in bethel to enjoy the in house beverages and a nice range of appetizers, entries and desserts. The staff are always welcoming and have a great energy with providing service. The place is very intimate considering it was once Bethel’s former train station. You have the option to dine outside during the spring and summer seasons.

Right in the middle of town, you will need to make reservations for groups.

This place is absolute perfection. Try the Burrata BLT and tell me it’s not the best BLT in Connecticut! I’ll fight you if you say it isn’t! The staff is super chill and they keep giving me beer which is a huge win for me! Chris knows what he’s doing brewing some really kick ass beer! Rachel is cool I guess, but her dog is waaay cooler! All I can say is that I’m glad Broken Symmetry is walking distance from my house, try them out and you’ll be glad you did!

We hosted a private wedding event here and the staff really went above and beyond for us. The space looked lovely, the food was continually refreshed, they thought of many things during the planning process that we had not considered (Rachel is a rockstar event planner). We had 40 people in the restaurant during a snow storm and they stayed open, professional, and in good humor for us the whole time. We had a couple dietary restrictions pop up during the event and they accommodated everyone right away. They also set up a pickle fountain for me, a real dream come true. Our guests had a lovely time. 10/10 would get married here again.
