I loved coming here for years that I lived in the area. I’ve moved back to the area after a few years of being in another town. Since returning, my favorite Mediterranean entree is still great and the pizza is delicious.

I’m lucky this spot is close to home. Look at the size of this thing and it’s only half the calzone! My hands are XL for reference haha

Stopped by Grassy Plains Pizza & Restaurant in Bethel, CT and grabbed two pizza slices and a soda, definitely worth it. The pizza had a crispy crust, great sauce to cheese ratio, and fresh flavor that stands out from a lot of other pizza places in Bethel. Fast service, friendly staff, and a relaxed local atmosphere make this a solid spot for lunch or a quick bite. My daughter and I ate dinner here and it was amazing! We had the fried mozzarella (10/10), pepperoni pizza and the steak ciabatta sandwich with side salad. Everything was perfect! Our hostess was super sweet, fast and very efficient. Wonderful experience! If we were closer we'd definitely return. Being from Canada on a road trip, it may be awhile. Beautiful inside, super cute and love the decor.Prices are excellent for the quality and menu.
Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Pizza sat around for an hour and was delivered cold refused to cancel my order after it was already late and delivered me cold slap of garbage

Tried this place several times hoping for a different outcome. You'll find yourself the only person there if you go and understand why after you eat there. Food has become flavorless. Seems like the use the pizza oven to cook their food, so expect your meats dry and hard. Pizza is subpar even for Bethel.

All the 5 star reviews on here are very suspect. Try for yourself.
