“Great Local place! Great food & service“

“Cover Two used to be our go to for wings and other good food close to home. The last two experiences were disappointing. We repeatedly have 3 people crammed on a two top with no room for our food and having to place our beverages on the rail on the wall. There were several open tables with slightly more room, but we were simply moved to another two person table after complaining about the lack of space. We ordered two dishes that included marinara sauce on them. Chicken parmigiana and pasta. There was hardly any sauce on either dish. We told the waitress that there wasn’t nearly enough. We were brought two plastic containers with a little more sauce and to our surprise was charged $2 extra for something that should have been included in the entree.“

After my recent move to New Hampshire, my fiancé is just as dedicated as I am to the amazing food, atmosphere and staff and we took a trip down on our motorcycle to enjoy yet another fantastic lunch. “To start with, I love the thick menu! I love that they give the back stories on the local products/farms they use. And the plethora of options make certain that both my husband and I can find something we like no matter what we're in the mood for. It's also nice to go to a restaurant that has more than the same 6 things everybody else has and to know those items are made with locally sourced products. I can end with a cupcake made from scratch which also supports another small business instead of something premade from the same manufacturer everyone sources their desserts from. It's a win for me!“

Our waitress, Phelps.

She is by far the best waitress in the history of waitressing. She is so charming, attentive and polite.

And she always has this endearing quality of always having a rainbow assortment of pens to write friendly notes on our check at the end of the meal.

My wife and I no longer go to Buffalo Wild Wings to eat the Wings that we love. We go because we love to dine with our favorite waitress, Phelps.

I could write more about the generic qualities of Buffalo Wild Wings like the countless televisions that are fantastic to watch when there is a good game going on.

And the cold beer.

And the triple hamburger.

And the cheese curds.

And the sauces for the chicken wings, including my new favorite “Orange Chicken.”

But, I will not mention any of that because those things pertain to every Buffalo Wild Wings.

What makes the Buffalo Wild Wings in Danbury special and unique is our waitress, Phelps, she is the best there is.

I regret that I do not have a photo of her.

Instead, I will attach a photo of my beautiful daughter Stela and her new husband, Joe. My wife and I recently dined at Buffalo Wild Wings with them. Even though Joe and Stela ate a hamburger, they greedily ate most of our chicken wings too. Then, I had to order more. I hate when that happens.

But not to worry. Buffalo Wild Wings has all the wings you can eat.

I strongly recommend ordering the wings to be prepared “extra crispy “. They taste MUCH better that way.
