We have traveled to Buds for almost 10 years to get perfect fish and herring fillets. We live in Saratoga NY. It is well worth the trip. The salmon is to die for. The owner is very friendly and knows his stuff. Super friendly and his wife. Love Buds. I also have fish shipped if we can’t do the trip. Never disappoints. Wish we had that in Saratoga
We had a great time meeting Hal and seeing his store. Just moved to the area. We bought the seafood lobster dip and haddock. Freshest Haddock we have ever eaten. Heading back there soon.
