This used to be the best Dunkin. I have been a frequent customer, and my food order was never wrong. Everything was always made perfectly. The place has really gone downhill in the past aeveral months. The staff is too busy talking and joking with each other to do the job right. They also just hold items out the window and don't even look at you at all as they continue their conversations with their coworkers. The food quality is always poor now. Nothing is ever cooked properly or how asked for. The put the thinnest bit of cream cheese on the bagels now. And, don't even bother asking for a toasted bagel anymore! It's hard to find a good Dunkin' that always gets it right. This used to be the one. Too bad it's not good anymore!

Coffee is always burnt and bitter, no matter how many times I've given this location a chance it's always bad.
Today I went to use my points for sandwich. My points added up to 631 but they lady at the driver-thru doesn’t know how to apply it to your order and Cause you to lose your points and you still have to pay regular price. I try to call corporate and they don’t help and I try to call Branford. They don’t answer terrible customer service.
