Not only are they unable to handle their logistics and waste everyone's time, but it's their lousy stinking attitude about it as if it's your fault you were dumb enough to come to pick up an order that was paid for that's the stinking icing on this meadow muffin.

I don't know why I keep stopping here on my way to the train in New Haven. The coffee is absolutely horrible and to top it all off the prices are about 30-40% higher at this location (south bound I95). Today's coffee was so bad I threw it out after 1 sip. It's acidic and gross as if the coffee machines have not been cleaned in months. The milk/cream must have been sour too. Not that DD coffee has ever been good but today it was simply undrinkable and beyond gross. Just to add to the disappointment the staff is rude and slow. For the most part they just stand around talking while only 1 person works making food.

Been here 2 times late at night - early wee hours of the a. m. Sad to see the misery of a staff member at Dunkin. Perhaps ? a caring person in management can become aware the person working here seems to be struggling with something.

Great Job I must say everyone that works in the morning especially Juan he did a Good Job catering to my autistic son I would definitely recommend anyone there .Kid-friendliness: Love How they treated my son

I didn't get the $2 promotion for mini bagel bites with my large coffee... if I would have known they were almost $4 for 2, I would have passed.

Passed through here on our way to DC. at midnight.Clean bathrooms, food is good, but the attitude is horrible, and there is no customer service.A customer who complained of the poor service got yelled at repeatedly. Both the person behind the register and the person at the Dunkin' donuts were talking back at him. The guy working behind the Dunkin'donuts counter even asked him if he wanted to "take it outside". It was pretty scary.No apology provided to me or my party or any explaination. Doesn't seem like an isolated incident.Not a good experience.

While open, with no other customers (including drive-thru), and 4 staff; the associates (two of which I made eye contact with) completely ignored me while I waited to order. After several minutes of waiting, and after knowing I had been seen multiple times, and limited on time - I had to leave empty handed. I may have remained if anyone had even made a verbal acknowledgement, but instead they just carried on doing other things and talking.

Upon placing an order for an Egg & Cheese bagel, and a beverage, the two employees working behind the counter had to be reminded to complete the order. A customer before me was done, and a customer was behind me was getting their order.
