I don't know why I keep stopping here on my way to the train in New Haven. The coffee is absolutely horrible and to top it all off the prices are about 30-40% higher at this location (south bound I95). Today's coffee was so bad I threw it out after 1 sip. It's acidic and gross as if the coffee machines have not been cleaned in months. The milk/cream must have been sour too. Been here 2 times late at night - early wee hours of the a. m. Sad to see the misery of a staff member at Dunkin. Perhaps ? a caring person in management can become aware the person working here seems to be struggling with something.

Not only are they unable to handle their logistics and waste everyone's time, but it's their lousy stinking attitude about it as if it's your fault you were dumb enough to come to pick up an order that was paid for that's the stinking icing on this meadow muffin.
