Have been here a half dozen times now, if not more, we just keep coming back. Been for a few brunches and and few dinners and by far, best steak in the area. Desserts are next level, burgers and fries are also some of the best.

Love this place. Having lived in NYC over a decade before moving to Branford, I appreciate that Little Riggs has the most inventive menu in town. I think the dining room is dreamy too.

I'd like to share an experience and will be upfront by saying I WAS WRONG for what I did. Not being from the area and a concert happening across the street I parked in the lot of Little Riggs because there was absolutely no parking elsewhere. I would like to add, there was no sign not to park there like other businesses had (but I knew better).
What is disturbing is that at the end of the evening, when myself and 3 girlfriends were leaving, the owner/chef came out of the restaurant with such a vengeance and began yelling at us for parking there. I apologized and admitted it was wrong of me and assured him I would never do this again but he continued and continued until I rolled up my window and left.
I understand I may have taken the spot of maybe one patron (because it was late to begin with). I would have also understood if he came out and told us to never park here again but in a calmer demeaner. If I didn't have such thick skin, I might have been afraid.
The place looked cute and I said to my friends that we should frequent there but after that display of such anger I never will. I'm sure the owner/chef is okay with this.

If the service was more prompt, I would definitely return for the food.
Positives: Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was excellent. However, the sides coming with the entrees were somewhat perculiar. For example, the fries with some breakfast items were a bit too crunchy/hard to adequately dip in the sauces but lacked flavor to be eaten alone distracting from an otherwise stellar dish (eg Madame Monsieur).
Negatives: Service was friendly but overall lackluster and slow. We had to put in our order several times and were up-sold on appetizers but then told the kitchen ran out (it happens but don't confirm it is available, upsell, forget to put in the order, upsell again, confirm the order again, and run out). Furthermore, it took about an hour to get our meals.

will NEVER order from here again. ordered $100+ breakfast not ready in an hour and owner gets in my face talking about hang made craft? I didn’t realize this was a Michelin star breakfast w 3 ppl in the whole place. trash owner and no wonder nothing ever survives in building they will be closed soon too.

The burgers are amazing. The churros will change your life.
We went to see the live music Brittany Santacroce and was thoroughly amazed at the quality of the food and drink. I had the Fried Chicken Waffle - yup you heard that right. It was top notch. We are kind of finicky and was glad to see they use organic products. Music was great and the desert was impromptu as requested and was out of this world too. Highly recommend!

My family and I went here on a whim this evening and it did not disappoint! Very cool atmosphere, awesome menu, and the food is great! Chef John even came out to greet us and ask us how the food was. Will definitely be back!

my wife and I hopped in for a little dinner on a thursday... burger night! the Thai fighter was just as good as the last time we had it and the staff was very accommodating for my gluten allergy... even the fries gave me no issue the next day. the beet salad was also very good... who knew whipped ricotta would be so delicious! the FOH staff were also just the right amount of attentive and hands off to let us enjoy our meal.
definitely going back when we get the chance!!

Got breakfast to go for my wife and I, the hangover sammi and the some like it hot sammi, both were DELICIOUS! I highly recommend the some like it hot wrap.
If the food to-go was that good, I can't wait to sit down for a meal there. Would give 6 stars if I could.
