Went for lunch and drinks. Always greeted right away when you walk in. Staff is always very attentive. Sat at that bar. Ordered espresso martinis with baileys added. The best martinis, they make fresh espresso right at the bar for your martini. I ordered the burratta appetizer, crostini with burratta, fig jam, prosciutto, arugula and balsamic glaze. A friend recommended this restaurant. I was a block away today and decided to have lunch and check it out. I was in the mood for escarole, white bean soup but they didn't have it today. Bartender Reed suggested I try the Pane Cotto. How is it possible that I have never heard of or tried this dish in my life? It was so good. Just when you think you know what all your favorite foods are you discover something new to add to your list? Thank you, Reed.
