The waitress at the front desk has a very bad attitude and looks impatient. I wonder if it's because I'm Chinese that she discriminates against me. I really don't like to see her face, which directly brings me negative emotions and I'm in a bad mood. When the meal is ready, just throw it to me without saying a word. I won't go next time.

Out of regular chicken always. Never has anything. Employees are very rude and don’t care that they are out of food. They also tell you, “There’s nothing we can do about it………” While there, an employee went and smoked a cigarette and when they came back they didn’t wash their hands!

I ordered on the app at 11am for my food to be ready at 11:55. I got there at 12 and stood there for 10 minutes RIGHT AT THE COUNTER before anyone said anything to me. Then I finally got them to speak to me it was like it was a problem. 10/10 Popeyes experience, keeping the reputation strong.

Stopped by this Popeyes on our way back into Massachusetts from New Jersey and were greeted by two smiling helpful young men, Isaiah and Rome. Food was great but they were even better and made our night. They were so friendly and kind. We need more friendly smiling ppl like them in this world!

I ordered a combo meal which comes with a side, biscuit, and small drink, which it clearly states on their menu. I requested to upgrade the drink to a large and instead charged me separately for the large drink and I didn't get the biscuit, only the side. When I confronted the manager about this she wouldn't even acknowledge what the menu states and that the combo only comes with a side

This place is consistently out of chicken 2 hours before closing and working in food service before I know this tactic cause we used it too at our establishment as well as EVERY other establishment.
The chicken sandwich was good. The roll was better than any other place. The chicken had too much salt.

So happy to see the Popeye's sign at the TA at exit 56. Just what the doctor ordered. Chicken was hot and crunchy. Counter person was very friendly. Food came quickly and the order was correct.
