Stopped by this Popeyes on our way back into Massachusetts from New Jersey and were greeted by two smiling helpful young men, Isaiah and Rome. Food was great but they were even better and made our night. They were so friendly and kind. We need more friendly smiling ppl like them in this world!
Order was totally incorrect. Some of the Food was missing, gave us chicken pieces instead of tenders, French fries were cold, ect… Also I ordered 3 apple pies and they were NOT apple. When I drove back to rectify our dinner, the staff gave me attitude and would not compensate me for the fact that all the food at home was now cold. Just gave me what was missing.
NEVER AGAIN!
I would think that a large corporation like Popeyes would put more emphasis on customer satisfaction.
