This quaint and picturesque area has been my favorite place to relax usually after visiting my dentist in Branford but I never stepped in this establishment till yesterday. I tried pastrami reuben written on blackboard menu and was I surprised! It came out piping hot after about 5 minutes of prep time, perfectly grilled crunchy butter toasted delicious bread, succulent and juicy pastrami, sauer kraut done just right, and whatever dressing that complmented overall taste. I like this place. But you can at least change your phone announcement when you're closed like you are today. The message states ,"we're open 7 days a week. Don't leave a message here. " Except you're not open. The only way to learn this was to go to your business and see the sign saying, "closed for the holiday".
